What is CZ's Bobox surface treatment?

Isn't Bobox just blued pre-galling?

Under what circumstances are people experiencing galling on their rifles? Are you using Titanium action bolts or muzzle breaks and not using any anti seize between the two surfaces?

As i said, mine was a new rifle that obviously had been used without adequate lube...
