I have a cz457 barrel (just the barrel in my cz455) I can recommend trying the bulk Eley standard. Comes in a loose packed bulk 500 pack at around $80 or a bit under

I’ve ordered a MTR already. Maybe October I was told. I already have a MTR in 6.5 Grendel

Do you handload for it? If so, how does it shoot?
At what point does lack of maintenance become patina?

Sent you a PM. But yeah I’m happy how it shoots early on. Thanks

I’ve just order one, in the same situation I would say, hoping my licence/pta clears with in 4weeks of now, keen to see how yours goes! You’ll have to put up a range report when you’ve got it.

The standard heavy-barreled version of the 457, the Varmint has a .866” cylindrical:CZ 457 Varmint 22 LR; CZ 457 Varmint 17 HMR; CZ 457 Varmint 22 WMR. This Varmint features a 525 mm (20,5”) long heavy barrel to provide higher accuracy when shooting small moving and static targets. https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/tacticaledgeau
