Trigger is adjustable but as I understand it, not a set trigger like the 527.

Mine shoots very well with a large selection of ammo and is the only .22 I've ever owned that will group well with CCI stingers. There is a large aftermarket out there for the 457 so you can fit a different stock, trigger guard, barrel or whatever you want. I'm sure you will be happy with your choice.
