Howa M1100 Rimfire is here

There is a back page advertisement for the new Howa M1100 on the April edition of Sporting Shooter but still not much available online. It is priced well at $690RRP with rings.

Shooter's delight (no affiliation) are the only aussie mob listing them atm.

And that's the 22 WMR & looks like it comes with a pic rail.
Wonder if it'll be a Howa specific magazine of maybe CZ/Lithgow style?
That stock is ugleeee

Quite possibly the ugliest rimfire I have ever seen. Right up there with the CZ MTR stocks.

Standing by for incoming..........

Be interesting to see if they perform as well as the Howa centrefires. I have never owned a Howa however it’s hard to deny the quality given the amount of positive comments about them on this forum alone.

Definitely not the best looking stock. But going by their centre fire range I’m sure it would shoot well. I’d expect them to sell a few, good priced rifle for the buyer on a budget most likely. Unfortunate timing of release with Covid though.

Despite the ugliness , is the stock ergonomic enough to be comfortable and conducive to tight groups ? This is strictly a question. I do zero target work. I have no idea
