Seen some pretty good reviews on this new rifle / calibre combo but only in the states. Has anyone over here got one and what is the price on ammo?

Ive been wanting to see one in action for ages. But I havent even seen ammo for sale yet, and Im not to sure about the BMAG ... But let us know if you run across one :)

Soz to revive old topic but if you're still interested...

On ammo price, availability etc. Hornady have announced they're going to start making it for .17 WSM.

That should bode well for it.

I see a couple other rifles chambered for it other than the Bmag too.

I reckon I'd go the 17 Hornet over the 17wsm, it can be reloaded for a start, I think she goes slightly faster too.

Yeah since I've made this post I've bought a .204 that should be here in a few weeks and I wasn't reloading at that time so being a rim fire didn't bother me too much.

.204 is a fine choice, it'll serve you well.
