Makes sense to release a more warming timber stock, not sure if its my eyes but the 2nd link seems to show Beech timber and the first Walnut ??

I can't personally answer that. Besides not knowing what the visual differences are between beech and walnut stocks, the photos were provided by the dealers or Beretta Australia.

I wonder if it will increase the sales? I've already got a couple of different stocks for mine, haven't added a timber stock to the list yet...

Gday
New to the forum and just getting back into shooting after a long while.
I have aslo been considering the Tikka T1x in 22LR as my first rimfire purchase along with a few other brands. So far for the Tikki is at the top of my short list , along with the CZ 457
Personally, I like the look feel of the synthetic stock but can understand why some would go for the classic look of the timber stock.
Its a smart move to offer different option for different tastes.
