Marlin XT-22RO

Hi guys,

It's time to add a 22LR to the collection and I've got my eye on the Marlin XT-22RO.

Seems like a good little unit, comes with a 3-9x32 scope setup and bore sighted.

Would be my first rifle with an adjustable trigger just for fun.

What do we think of this one?

Haven't shot one myself, but I've read a couple of reviews where the summary was looked/felt good, but didn't shoot particularly well.

Seems to be a trend with the new ones, but that's from a handful of anonymous internet reviews ... Take it with a grain of salt.

Plenty of tried and true already on offer from Anschutz and CZ though as alternatives. That's where I'd put my money.

My 2c.

Shipping with a scope's not a great sign IMO.

Cheap bundle, cheap rifle?

A bit of mixed feedback there from the others...

Cheers though, I'm still keen on it...

I think I will give it a go...

I shoot a mates one every now and then and reckon it's solid.

If you're keen on it don't let the dowers talk you out of it.

New toy, bang bang!
