If you want super accuracy and consistant accuracy then try some specific target ammo like Lapua Center-X, Elley Black and so on. They will cost a heap more but are far better for consistant accuracy.
Lapua Center-X in my Brno Model 2 produces one hole groups just about every time at 50 metres but more important to me produce tiny groups at 200 Yards which is what I wanted them for to use in 200 Yard State Competition Fly Target. Factory rifle, factory barrel from 1965.
For shooting bunnies I use Winchester Power Points, the old version.
Two purposes, two different types of ammo.
BTW... For competition target I also sort my rounds by rim thickness which for me has minimised any possible flyers. Weight sorting is another idea to try. It's that flyer that destroys a group and good score.

Pity you are restricted on the range distance you can use but the advantage I think you have is to be able to test inside away from the effects of wind. I forget that other people are restricted unlike myself living on a rural property where I can pick my distance even from virtually my front door.
I'm sure you are aware that virtually every rimfire will like a certain breed/type/weight ammo better than another but the thing is to find that one that works the best. I know I have tried heaps in the past even high quality target ammo to find the most accurate and the moast accurate/consistant wasn't always the most expensive. It varied quite a bit from like 7-30 dollars a box of 50 to trial. I started with a box of everything I could find and initially Eley Match (Black Box) was the best and also the most expensive. Then a friend gave me a box of Lapua Center-X which I found to be just as good if not better and it was near half the price.
I really had a lot of fun testing each type. During my testing I cleaned the barrel each time I tried a different manufacturer which means a different wax coating, it does mean I found it took quite a few rounds to settle the bore down again so I tested all the same wax coatings at the same time...ie all the Lapua types then a clean and tested all the Eley types etc.
My next testing will be with high velocity Lapua ammo to see if I can stick with Lapua for target and bunny busting hence not needing to clean out the different wax. I don't clean my .22LR unless I have to.
I'm sure you will get a lot of pleasure from the Anschutz.
