Varminting and vertebrate pest control. Small game, hunting feral goats, foxes, dogs, cats, rabbits etc.

Additionally, yes poaching is out of control and will only get worse, especially since everyone is now getting into thermals on public land.

Reports from Wonangatta are that people are letting off shots all night. I'm sure it's happening everywhere as resources are spread too thin.

Yes, every idiot and his dog is using thermals. Out of control and getting worse. And they call it hunting FMD. :crazy:

Edit: few days ago. Heard two shots about 9pm in SF in Victoria. :thumbsdown:

It's definitely not hunting if it's using thermals... But a very handy tool for pest control or getting a meat animal without the effort of a stalk. Pandora's box is open now so good luck getting them back in the box.
