Already marinaded game meat.

The latest property that I have been asked to shoot has (among others) a plentiful supply of rabbits and hares.
Now get this,,,,,,
They are predominantly being shot on the owners 15 acre plot of garlic.
Being deep in drought, there aint much else for em to eat anywhere else on the property.

So, as the owner said to me,,,,,,,, "shoot as many as you can, and enjoy. Because we marinade them from the inside out."

I do not fear death itself... Only its inopportune timing!
I've come to realize that,,,,, the two most loving, loyal, and trustworthy females in my entire life were both canines.

I culled kangaroos that were getting into a brown onion patch and you could smell it when processing and taste it when cooking

Maybe I should try to get lambs to eat rosemary, garlic and butter a couple of days before they get processed

Mmmm. Rosemary and lamb...weird but wonderful combination.

There are a couple of black bear hunters in the states that only shoot the bears that are murdering blue berries - same reason, meant becomes infused with the flavour...
