Back to shooting - pests only

Post by NTSOG » 22 Apr 2020, 6:33 pm

G'day,

I just received an E-mail from the SSAA including a statement that amateur shooters involved in shooting ferals on farms [as requested by farmers] in Victoria may do so as long as travel distances are 'reasonable'. No 'recreational' hunting allowed though.

Beauty!

Ziege. , in the help section there is info on how to post pics. And if u can’t work it out I will help you .... but please give a little thought to posting pics of things turned inside out. Not a good look I think A well presented fox is a good thing to share

"At least we can buy ammo again now."

The SSAA bulletin said ammo was available at Springvale and Eagle Park ranges, but general gun shops still don't seem to be allowed to sell ammo to amateur or recreational shooters? For me both ranges are too far away anyway.
