Well heres a vid of some medium range sniping with my beloved .260rem, it doesnt see much daylight but its a lot of fun to use.
The ranges were from 330 to 440yds .
The handloads consist of Lapua cases, WLR primers, 48gns AR2213sc, 100 gn Nosler ballistic tips.
This load is a little on the mild side clocking at around 2810fps but is very accurate and shoots ,20-.25 3 shot groups at 100yds but, when those 100gn Nosler ballistic tips strike, the Bunny expires in dramatic fashion.
Oh yeah, and there is a .223 interlude half way through with one bunny at around 375 and the other at 440yds got that one through the neck.
cheers.

G'day Elmer,

If that's medium range shooting I'd love to see long range!

As for hunting in Victoria-istan, living outside Melbourne's locked zones - I'm south of Ballarat, there is no restriction. I'm out most days/nights on my own and several neighbouring properties and I'm not wearing a mask.
