.260 Bunnies

Post by Elmer » 18 Nov 2021, 10:06 pm

Hi fellas,
at long last I ,have been able to upload a vid, with the lack of Bunnies, crap weather and an old Toshiba comp that gave up the ghost it has been difficult.to get one going.
So last Monday I went out comp shopping and bought a new HP Laptop running Windows 11...Ahhhh what a difference.
Anyway, I took the .260 out for a spot of Bunny destruction and tagged 4 at medium range.
I chose the .260 cos of the very gusty conditions plus when it hits the vermin they stay putt, the range was from 400 to 475yds and the wind was blowing almost from the 12 position going to the11 and 1 position and back which made judging the direction tricky.
So I hope you all enjoy the vid,
atb,
Sean

No issues yet, but I have heard that is a common problem.

thanks for the feedback elmer . it's more common on long cases than short . i really like the sako 85 , but when it came to getting a 7-08 i chose a t3 instead of a 85 . nice shooting by the way :D . i had considered a 260 before i settled on a 7-08 . nice caliber

Thanks bigrich....A t3 will be my next cf, I think sakos these days are over-priced, still nice rifles but a bit too costly. Actually, I had intended to buy a .243 but a mate at the gun store talked me into getting the newish .260 to which I have no regrets.
