22-250 Bunnies.

hers a vid on some 22-250 fun shooting varmints from 400 to 445 yds in a 20 to 25kpf wind.
I havent posted for a while cos there been very little bunny activity until last Saturday, so i hope your all well and if you could subscribe that would help me out also.

Yeah me too, ive not taken shots like that for years....Even when I did, it was only with the .222 and about 250 plus meters.

Yes more bunnies running around this year so far. But still not living like the bunnies of 50 years ago. Just hanging around in temp homes rather than digging warrens. The dog like it better this way easier to find and chase.

People still won't believe me when I tell them I used to sit over warrens sniping bunnies with the .222Rem for hours. They're convinced that the first shot will send them all underground. If you are far enough away they'll stay there the whole time while you knock over their mates.

Thanks Bladeracer, I don't understand why people would not believe you.
As you know, if the bunnies have not seen a lot of hunting pressure, they will normally sit around for a few shots then run into cover.
I reckon its one of the best ways to reduce their numbers during the day....they simply don't know where the danger is coming from.
