Hunting can be too peaceful

Post by whert » 04 Aug 2014, 4:01 pm

Dunno about you guys, but I find hunting really peaceful.

It's like fishing, even if you don't get anything just sitting there in the forest as time goes by is really relaxing.

A bit too relaxing sometimes, ha. Sometimes after a while I find myself feeling like nodding off and I have to get up and shake it off

Anyone else feel this?

Just make sure you don't fall asleep on your rifle there.

A ranger would love to find that

Sounds like you need to do more stalking and less sitting with that deer stalking license :P

All that walking around though... he he

I really like just sitting there in the forest watching the world go by.

I must be getting soft and sentimental

You might as well stay home and have a sleep in from the sounds of it

Gotta get out there and find your targets.

Don't listen to this lot.

Patience is a virtue and it's great sitting out there ;)

I don't mind it by myself.

Just don't take a friend or the missus as they won't be able to shutup for the time required to sit there
