A QUICK BUNNY BASH

Post by deye243 » 22 Oct 2015, 10:48 pm

i had a couple of good days so i went out with the young bloke to ruffle a bit of fluff

it was all short range because of safe angles , and sory for the poor vid quality .

the lad got the long shot of the day at 238 yards any way it was fun .

I enjoyed that, some good shooting by the young fella. It's these situations where there's bunnies everywhere that you should be allowed to have a semi auto. I was surprised at how many of the dopey buggers just sat there after their buddy was turned inside out waiting to get shot themselves. Not gun shy at all, generally you nail one and the rest are gone. Well done gents :)

Nice one deye243. I like that you include some misses; it keeps it real.

Geez, they're thick on the ground!

Well at least you get some early season action. Bugger all bunnies here. Not that i mind too much. Better than the whole country being over run by them! I still remember the bad old days. When i was growing up, bunnies where the ENEMY!

Anyhoo, have a good time keeping them in check.
Do you ever eat them or use the for dog food?

Awesome! I am suitably impressed!

Anything over 150m is long range for me.

Over at my place, we get at least 10 or 14 rabbits at one time in the paddicks, and at nightime if you walk down the driveway, you'll find them bouncing about up and down digging burrows in everything

It'd be fun to stand in the driveway with a spotlight with an air rifle and pop them as they come up
