Success?
The new strain of Calicivirus has been engineered to withstand cooler climates.
It should help increase it's success rate in the Southern / South Eastern parts of the country.
New Calicivirus linkThe rabbit's are still a little quite at the moment but they are still there underground and will be raising big litters very shortly.
They just don't like wind and rain, when they're out they don't need to go far for a good feed.
I'm seeing them out catching some rays during the short fine periods we get between showers.
The other day I seen big groups not far from their burrows.
