Here is an interesting fact/situation. My best mate, applied for a Cat h pta some 145 days ago, then 40 days ago, applied for another cat H pta then 10 days ago applied for a cat A. Yesterday, he received that his 145 day old application was approved, and so was his 10 day old cat A, but his 40 day old cat H is still in the process tank. WTF! Nothing has changed in any of applications, so why couldn't FAR just issue all of them, if his limit has not been reached and the reasoning for each is still valid. Defies logic in my books.
