Selling wood stock

Post by Roksolid » 13 Jun 2021, 10:42 am

I’ve got a Boyd stock I want to sell to a mate of mine, am I legally allowed to sell him the stock and a magazine, or do I have to put it through a GS

The stock is just a piece of wood or plastic and does not come under the purview of NSW legislation.
Similarly for a magazine provided it is not one of those "naughty" ones we are not permitted to own.
