Can i stall my gun at another persons house

I am about to do my first PTA but I might be rebuilding can I stall my gun at my brother in-laws place as he has a license and im pretty sure my father in-law wont want me drilling holes in his floor. when the time comes what paper work do I need to fill out.

Yep, you just have to change your storage address with the Registry.

As soon as you change your storage address, it will trigger an inspection.of the new one.
My wife knows me well.
The dog often reminds me of that

It's possible it might trigger an inspection, it just might take a few years for them to get around to it.

You mentioned your mate has a licence?
Make sure between both of you you aren't exceeding fifteen firearms or you'll need an alarm system.

Yes, it's possible and yes it might. Is yr mates Storage ready for that eventuality, licences, and yes, the number of firearms, the weight of the safe etc etc etc. It won't happen overnight but it might happen.

What about the father-in-law? Have you asked him. He may be fine with a couple of hidden holes.. does he have a garage with a concrete floor?
