Hi, I am having all sorts of issues using the FAR portal to add a category and the only way I can do this is to use the paper version and I was wondering if anyone has got the Add a new genuine reason and/or category pdf forms that they can email to me as these forms are no longer available through the FAR website.
When I spoke to the FAR, the referred me to Service NSW for the forms but they have no idea what these forms are either.
Is anyone able to assist with this?
