I must say I'm quite impressed as I put in a PTA yesterday just before lunch and it was approved within 6hrs.....

Processing some PTAs very quickly does wonders for the average processing time metric which is used to show department performance.

Of course, it could be new staff member that can't tell the front of the queue from the back, at the end of the day they are just low paid government workers.

They are automatically approved; Only ones that are done manually are C/D/H etc
