Yeah I saw that, it was posted here somewhere too. I signed it, but I'm not quite sure what everyone thinks this is going to achieve. I hope it does advance our cause, but I can't see it. All they are asking for is for local governments to take responsibility for controlling the feral animals. Sounds good, but they'll still have to abide by the current state rules, which is never going to allow rec shooters access whenever we like. So all it's going to do, as far as I can see, is let the state government wipe its hands of any responsibility for controlling the pest, burden the local council with that cost, but not allow us to participate. Someone explain how this gets rec shooters more access to public land, because I can't see it.
