I thank all of the above for your input.
Great suggestions and would be solutions.

Now all we need is for those in power to wake up and take heed.

public opinion polls are what drives political policy and action these days, fear of pollies losing their jobs. look at how things have changed since ON has risen to a all time high in public support . new leaders in the nats and libs that talk tougher than any leader of those parties that i can recall in 30 years . long overdue IMHO . increased support for ON in the polls has had a positive affect on attitude by our leaders . even labours rhetoric has changed . we've still got a ways to go but  south oz election could be interesting in it's results ;)

Thing is, trust is gone amongst the people who have been keeping educated in what politicians have actually done when they too had the chance.
Labor are a party of activists that have never lifted a tool or had to sack someone, or ever had anything to do with money in a real sense except watch public money flood into their bank accounts.
They haven't done anything to make Australia grow, or solve any problems.
The LNP are screaming now about everything, latest is the complete f*ckup with all our huge oil fields, imported fuel, not enough in-country storage or on-shore refining capacity. Sure, they started the subsidies to keep the last two open, but not solve the issues.
They had how many terms to do something about it? the late Jim Molan was into them about it constantly, their solution was to backstab him. The Libs are the same old rusted-on clowns that did nothing in the terms they had prior.
Geeze, even the gun laws, if they haven't taught the shooters they are being disrespected by their duopoly picks.

Again, despite the alternatives being unknown and too many of the voters not following politics enough to realise there have been too many mistakes in the past, will they actually do anything about it?

Sadly voters are going to be disappointed voting for One Nation, Pauline's voting record has alway attacked workers pay and conditions, she just votes for Big Business ( Foreign shareholders) and the Mining sector who pay little to no Corporate Tax.

Pauline won't even promote her Policies apart from her Bigoted statements about hard working migrants . One Nation have never been anything but the Pauline show and those who are deluded enough to think she is the solution are going to be sorry they wated their vote as Labor romp home to easy victories.

Facebook has fooled abunch fo people with fake Pauline ads
