Minors license - QP0515

We are going to get the kids CatH licenses of their own and need to submit good old QP0515 forms for each of them. My problem is proof of residence. Three kids under 15, none of which has a license or bill in their name. Anyone been through the process recently... if so what did you use for proof of address.

Turned out we could use bank statement as proof of residence... didnt even think of that.

There was a post a long while ago I vaguely recall. A young bloke wanting a licence to shoot with his father. Parents were separated. He lived with his mother in NSW but wanted a minor's licence to shoot with his father who lived in Victoria. Couldn't apply for a Vic licence as he was not technically a resident.

I hope he eventually got it sorted. For a minor's licence it should (in a sensible world) be sufficient for a parent to prove resident status.
