So it turned up ? I dare say u living in the bush your chamber will be hot before mine .......mines still unfired and I have the exact same rail on mine. At the moment all that length of rail is a waste of time as I have a vortex holo sight up the rear end of it. There are shorter rails available but the longer one will open up lots of flexibility should I clip a thermal onto it at some stage ....mid next month when I leave the city I’m going to make a serious effort to ensure my new 4570, my new rem 7600 and my new howa 22250 all get some action in the field .....I have mostly star line brass for my marlin but I noticed the other day a store has 50 winny cases for 55 bucks. No real need for me I sort of have plenty already
