WLB working from home

Apparently with the current lockdown WLB is working from home. They won't be answering calls and things will probably go much slower. They'll be back in the office on the 5th at the earliest

As far as I am aware, no Qld Government work from home system employs less than industry standard encryption. Qld Police may be higher. So in short, no less secure than if they were in the office.

I would think that if they are working from home without the phones then they might be faster instead of slower. It's the same people who answer the phones who process the applications.
