Might be worth touching base with them as your PTA's may have been stuck in a pile due to your license application still being processed at the time. You have well and truly served the 28 day waiting period, so shouldn't be any additional wait time, weapons licensing tend to be fairly helpful when you contact them by phone.
It's always good to start the call with something like "Sorry, I was a little unsure of...." Seems to help things along

In my experience they're usually pretty good. Usually they receive them 24-48 hours after you receive the application approval email.
Doesn't hurt to give them a bell, usually they'll email you if you have an order in the system already. I have heard of PTA delivery delays recently, but haven't experience it myself. Last few had been received by dealer in around 24 hours.
