license reference help!!

I'm currently in the process of filling out my application for my gun license, I've done the safety and completed everything except the identification reference part. I'm just curious as to who most people use as I'm kinda stuck, don't really have anyone I've known for 12 months that meets the criteria, surely I'm not the only one that has had this problem?

Your pharmacist?

Must be someone who's known you for 12 months

Either of the above, or 100 other types of people... Pretty sure there is a long list of people who can sign the thing for you?

All they are doing is confirming that the identification you've provided is accurate and that you're not some obvious lunatic.

It's not getting the pope to say that you're a saint... Shouldn't be too hard for you to find someone from the list...

I understand it can be a lot of different people but knowing them for 12 months is the issue, I don't see the same doctor everytime just whoever is available.

I had my pharmacist do it way back when.

We weren't best friends but he knew me and that was enough.
