@ OP .. dont be discouraged mate, everyone is wrong, you CAN quite easily apply for a d get a concealed carry permit, but it requires you to be a level 30 spellcaster or cleric/mystic with charisma and agility perks equipped. and Im sorry to say that the concealled carry perk only becomes available after youve killed 4 legendary level boss monsters and harvested their loot..

the point is.. dont give up mate.. just put in more game hours..

I conceal carry quite often... its when I come home from the bottle shop with another bottle of whisky and try to not let the Mrs see it as I carry it through the lounge room.
