You have to register it with the police in SA because it could be mistaken by the public as a real dildo.
But you don’t have to register a real dildo.
Ok got it.
Your police are idiots.

Cat C mate, if you get those bigger ones that can do more than 6 it's automatically Cat D

I’ve ordered some upgraded springs for my toaster from brownells. I find i get the best accuracy with white sandwich bread.
Have’nt done any chrono tests yet but white bread gets consistent groups at around 3 meters. Certainly more lethal than the gel blaster in op’s post.

Speaking of which every licenced shooter in Australia should own at least one penis gel blaster.
And then every safe inspection will ensure police shown the penis is clear and safe. Carefully laid out on a towel for their close inspection.
Effectively, 20-25 % of registered firearms in Australia would be dildos. Highlighting the stupidity and failings in our laws.

I say at least one, because i want to fill a safe with them, so they spill out all over the floor apon inspection.
My cameras can film the police categorising and checking their serial numbers match the register for the next 3 hours.
( I’ll just wonder around in my underpants breathing heavily through my mouth )
Why not. They love wasting taxpayers money with the registry and inspections involving people who do not commit any crimes. It’s my money and that’s how i want to spend it.

It’s a great video and i hope it inspires change in appearance laws. I hope it gets used in courts to challenge the law.

How big a load does that thing shoot. My personal preference would be a "tactical" model. As long as they're not banned on appearance laws.

I'm going to play the devil's advocate here....

I remember clearly when gel blasters became popular, the SA Police issued a warning to the public saying that "If the police get called in response to a job where a gel blaster is being used, and we suspect it's a firearm, we'll be treating the person as being armed with a firearm until we can prove to the contrary,"

Basically the public was put on notice that if they couldn't behave themselves, they'd become a restricted item... well, look what happened, loads of idiots driving around shooting at people, using gel blaster pistols to scare others like wannabe gangsters and atleast one incident where an eye injury was sustained in a public drive by shooting . Unfortunately it was only a matter of time.

As ridiculous as the law seems we can thank those idiots for forcing the state governments hand, they just don't have the time or resources to run around chasing up "firearm" crimes that turn out to be some wally with a gel blaster.

There's endless news articles on just how badly people were behaving with gel blasters, so thank you idiots for yet another seemingly stupid law. :drinks:

I wouldn't blame drunken idiots if alcohol was banned. I wouldn't blame people who crash cars for me being banned from driving one or for them being restricted. While the actions of these people is foolish, I don't blame them for the actions of the government when it comes to banning them. If the cops shoot someone who had it, I wouldn't blame the cop.
