Aquiring an action only?

Hi guys, if you ant to just buy an action and have it barrelled at a later date, two questions:

1. what do you put on the PTA for an action only?

2. what do you need to do after you have it barrelled?

I did this last year.

1/ Just state action type ?brand+centre/rim+bolt/etc? "action only".

2/ gunsmith fills in and submits reg details once firearm is built.

Other option is to get your gunsmith to order all the bits. Some will fairer about this than others.
