How do we define a nutter? To me a nutter is someone who has no sense of reality. I don't think this bloke is what I would call a nutter. He seems to be coherent and in touch with reality Unless I have missed some articles about him that say otherwise? He had possession of a machine gun in 2002. To me that should not even be a crime. He has different political beliefs to me but again does not make him a nutter.

I would not call a murder a 'nutter'. Being evil or a criminal does not mean you are crazy. A nutter has to have some kind of psychosis and no sense of reality.
Words have meanings and they lose these meanings when labels are put on everything.
