Conservation

In the absence of a conservation section (that'd be a nice regular topic for regular discussion)

I'm sure most of us here are passionate about all aspects of conservation, the entire food chain, habitat and threats, perhaps a few of us dedicate time or possibly even work in the field..

Anyhow, I just watched this, https://iview.abc.net.au/show/platypus-guardian
thought I'd share it, I've never seen one in the wild, it's inspired me to have a look through the adelaide hills to see if I spot one.... very few and far between here.

Arh yes. Watched it. It's a repeat.

Had the privilege of picking up a young one in sth Victoria abt 20 years ago. Seen a few on a property I hunt on. And a few more out Gippsland way.

They are gorgeous.
