ANZAC Day is the most sacred days, and normally I'd condemn any sign of disrespect - but they are using welcome to country as a divisive humiliation ritual, we've voted no, done countless polls telling them we don't want it, so once every other option has been exhausted all we're left with is booing

I accept a magnanimously offered WtC no less than I accept Christian prayers and hymns, the haka, or God Defend NZ. I accept it more than some of the politics I've heard delivered at ANZAC ceremonies over the years.

Here lies the problem. Those who choose to stand against this political, divisive, segregating and to an end game racist "ceremony", then get labelled racist. It's the good old I've won the arguement by calling you a racist ploy. It's all just a mirror of the voice rubbish. That was an idea you couldn't possibly argue wasn't racist. If we were to have another referendum about WTC on ANCAZ day I would predict the outcome with great certainty, that would be as conclusive as the last one.
But we don't need another waste of money, governments need to act on the peoples wishes, I.E read the room. If they don't, it is very unfortunate, but the boo's will grow louder every ANZAC day where they insist on WTC.
As for our First Nations veterans, they are always remembered and honoured in every service I can remember. In the past we all know things were not done to todays standards and misstreatment was common place, but that is history everywhere.
We will be judged when our time is history and I for one don't think it will be pleasant reading.

They do not carry on with that rubbish at our dawn service.

This welcome to country crap was started by a drunken bafoon and has no place in society whatsoever. Never should have been allowed in the first place.

Advance Australia fair.... It's in our bloody anthem for goodness sake, and it boils my urine as to the amount of people who cannot sing the first verse. Shows the schools are failing us.
