Gun Ad Terminology Explained

This made me laugh. We don't see all of these down here but enough ring true

Saw these terms posted on Florida Gun Trader.

Some of them made me laugh. Most of them are about the ridiculous prices people ask for used guns. I can't imagine the post will last long so I snapped some screens.

Battle rifle - neither I or this rifle have ever seen a battle.

Custom AR-15 Rifle - I installed a Chinese ecotech knock-off and $30 laser

This guy should become a gunsmith immediately.

I would totally buy one of his "custom" rifles.

I wouldn't be surprised is the above is partly true.

I've no doubt that after a particular firearm is featured in a big Hollywood movie lots of yankies go out and buy one for just that reason.

I must admit I fall into this category a little bit. I desperately want a Beretta 92FS because they were THE movie gun when I was growing up. I've shot them, know they are average at best in the accuracy department but I still want one because they're so bloody cool
