I would say someone bought a Winchester for 1900 and a gunsmith made some more $$$

900yds is 300yds short of 1100yds even so I wouldn't like to be sitting on the hill side at 1100yds while some one took pot shots at
me with a 30/30
The 336 isn't it a bolt action or am I thinking of a different rifle ?
