Post by JimTom » 26 Dec 2018, 9:05 am

Anyone pick up any good Christmas presents?
I got some ADI brass for .308 and some Lapua brass for my 6.5 Manbun, plus this Lyman case prep kit.

I got a carton of beer! :D :drinks: Honestly I don't need another shooting related item or anything else for that matter, I've got too much crap now I don't need or use and am going to hold a garage sale soon to get rid of some of it as I'm sick of seeing it all. :silent:

From the amount of food at my family’s lunch I think I got diabetes for Christmas.
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

   sounds about right too, what a feed, way too much food consumed and leftover! I held off having anything alcohol related until I got home and I overindulged in that too

Yeah mate that seems to be the way. Seems to be pretty easy to accumulate stuff you don’t end up using.

Yeah it is indeed very easy, I'm glad I've woken up in the last few years and have put a stop to it all.

I got a loaf of Fruit Bread, A novelty desk lamp, some chocolate, a $200 M/C Gift card and a new pair of joggers :) . The wife and boy made out like bandits, I need to have some serious words to Santa but apparently arguing with oneself is frowned upon in polite society.

Took the wife with me to get an Allen case/shooting mat (her present to me) and had a look at a weaver anti-cant level while I was there. The message was passed on, as the sister-in-law got me on of those. Also a $100 voucher from my parents. Will wait and hope for a post-Christmas sale.
