That's alright Mate,,,,,,, as long as you strain it through yer teeth to extract the "short and curlies" pubic hair before they get lodged in the back of yer throat.

:D Do ya get a nice vivid mental pic now ?

This pic (although I already posted some time ago) could be weird enough to go with "mysore nuggets"

You could be relaxing on a lawn of this stuff whilst enjoying a nice cup of nugget brew.

It's funny how some languages or customs can be misleading in another countries interpretation.

I was told a way back (can't say whether it's fact or fiction),,,,,,,, that when the Pajero 4 x 4s were first released, the japs couldn't figure why
they were not selling well in one of the South American countries.

Apparently in that particular country the word Pajero was pronounced Pahero or Paero (something like that) and actually meant "Wanker"

Natural synthetic grass mat, hey?
Isnt that a contradiction in terms??

Yeah; I have a recollection of something about a Chevy 'Nova' also doing badly in South America.
Recall that they finally figured out that 'Nova' meant something akin to 'Doesnt Go'...

Is the Pajero sold as the 'Shogun' in South America for the reason you mentioned?

I read years ago about Coca-Cola trying to enter the Chinese market, and having problems with sales numbers.

Eventually, they tracked it to the Chinese characters used in the signage, which translated to 'Bite the Wax Tadpole'.
Sounds about as appealing as 'Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold'!!

Characters were subsequently changed to translate to 'An explosion of happiness in the mouth'!
[Probably a bit easier to sell that one...]

Don't know Mate, I only heard the original story.

The chinese aren't much better themselves.
I bought a little touch up spray gun once (made in china), and there was an exploded view page with it to help when cleaning etc.
In this there was a part that was given a number, and the full explanation of what it is, was printed next to the number.
The picture plainly showed a hexagonal threaded nut.

The corresponding explanation said "A sky of six angles"

:wtf: :unknown: It beat the f**k outta me.

When I was in Tokyo with the Mrs, We walked past a food shop placard on the street advertising "Bukkake Noodles" (DO NOT google bukkake at work)

The Girlfriend didn't understand my giggles, we certainly didn't eat there!

They'd be pretty high-protein noodles; wouldnt they??

Conjures up worse images than the nuggets...

My wife recently got her nails done at a Chinese nail place where the very nice, older Chinese lady apparently wore a t shirt that said “Fark me, Fark you, Fark everybody”... she should have snapped a photo. It’s funny cause they don’t speak English but can calculate $$$ like an accountant lol
