Has PAYPAL gone anti gun??

Post by JSS » 16 Mar 2019, 1:04 pm

The other day i bought some stuff online from an Aussie manufacturer of gun bits, they had a paypal payment option which i always use if available for a place i've never dealt with before.
Anyway their paypal option wouldn't work which i thought was odd so i shot them a quick email asking if it was a technical glitch.
The reply i got was that paypal had stopped them from using the service anymore because they were a firearm related business. i try to buy local so don't do many online gun related purchaces so had never come across it before, is this the norm or something new from paypal??

I bought a trigger kit from gunbloke a couple of months ago, through paypal, so it sounds like a new policy.

If they're going to join the persecution, I'll be looking for another option.

Paypal has been anti gun for many years now, so many still use it but disguise what they are using it for.

I just had a look at my paypal transaction and the payment was listed as going to gunbloke.
If they were that sensitive, and this was an old policy, one would imagine that the name gunbloke would be a giveaway.
Sounds like something new to me.

Pretty funny that they take a high & mighty stance considering their business was invented to take payments from the online porn industry.

Yet another reason why I point blank (pardon the pun) refuse to use these pricks.
Money grabbing hungry thieves with their over charging habits.

I fear they are spreading like a cancer,,,, it appears they are trying to infiltrate or take over Gumtree, which would be a real shame
because the little mans free advertising ability would be cut off.
I do not fear death itself... Only its inopportune timing!
I've come to realize that,,,,, the two most loving, loyal, and trustworthy females in my entire life were both canines.

Ebay owns PayPal and gumtree.

Yes PayPal is anti gun. I know one guy who had a gunshop his business account got banned and then he tried to register a personal account, that got banned as well.
