Does your iPhone give u elec shock

My phone is an X-R not cased if I touch the camera lense against sensitive skin eg belly I get a mild burning tingling Surely this is not right ?

I just noticed it is only when charging .... excess charge relief escape maybe?

Is it one of those phones that can be placed on a pad to charge? If so it can probably transfer charge inductively or capacitivley or perhaps just direct touch with skin sounds nasty. Lithium battery burns can be really nasty.
