Cream Of Wheat alternatives

In the USA they use Cream of Wheat as a filler.
What would be a substitute we can buy here in Australia?

Find a smooth ground porridge, done on a slow simmer is probably pretty similar I would say.

Pends how serious you are - pufflon is a known fix but not sure locally available

Polenta is an alternative. It’s just crushed corn. A wad of sheep’s wool also works (as used in Martini Henry cartridges).

I might have misled you a bit. I should explain that I am putting a .678 round ball into a plastic shotcup to shoot in my SB shotty.
It is suggested to put a card wad in the cup first then a bit of Cream of Wheat to bring the ball up to crimp height. This also supports the wad and keeps the round ball centred in the cup.
I am familar with other breakfast foods but not this one. I guess it is a finely ground hardish material but cant think of an alternative.

Tapioca, Semolina, porridge, all of these fillers work, Cream of Wheat is actually a brand, containing Farina, a fine ground Semolina. I use Tapioca because I don't like it and would rather shoot it than eat it, Cheers.
