Hi, I want order this skinners rear peep sight from USA . It's for my Rossi 92 lever action.
Should I expect any dramas getting it through Australia's customs department? Cheers.

not sure were I saw this ( I think Australian shooter) but last week there was a man that faced court over buying a silencer from ebay. The ones that are sold as solvent traps. I was very surprised to see that he was charged and then found guilty for buying a prohibited item.

Just a warning to anyone that may contemplate doing something the same.

His defense was that he just wanted to see how much difference it made. The judge couldn't understand that and didn't believe the story. If I had any inkling of buying one it would be exactly for the same reason just curiosity. Try it out once and then probably never use it again.

I brought some springs for my Pardini from the US and a set of Skinner peep sights in my luggage a couple of years ago. Customs were informed and not a problem.
