Given that there is no such thing as "castle law" in this country the beak has dealt with the matter accordingly. Assault with a deadly weapon, I would have handed him 5 years. A few more instances like this and I could see the slimes asking for licensing and registration of bows, as they have already tried here in Vic. Cheers.

It’s kind of funny though - the police escort her there, she breaks in illegally in front of the cops...? Geezus. Lol.

That’s it OB, the cops were there with her / for her - they must have been watching her climb in the bloody window lol. Crazy stuff.

I've endured FAR worse than that from a former partner.
She's also entered my property and stolen pets and belongs.

Speaking from experience ... because she's a woman she gets instant victim status and because it's a "domestic issue" between a former couple the police "can't do anything" and the courts are more happy to turn a blind eye to it all.
I've spent an absolute fortune to find that one out.

Apparently it's only men who are perpetrators of family domestic violence. :unknown:

The system is heavy stacked against men.
