Shooting on the brain

Post by banoob » 21 Mar 2014, 12:25 pm

I'm newish to shooting, getting more into it these days...

Since getting into it I find I turn heaps of numbers into shooting related stuff.

Like if the time is 3:08

License plate number is xxx 223.

Stuff like that. Anyone else do this? Or have I had a wire come loose

Yup! It's the wire! However...how good is it to learn that you're not alone now you joined the online support group!
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

I dunno...

That's sort of like "Yay, I'm not the only alcoholic!"

You're not alone, but you're still not right :P

I thought I was the only one this happened to! Haha. Part of my job is data entry and you'd be surprised how often numbers contain calibres
.177, .22lr, .22-250R, 2x .308W, .30-30W, 7.62x54r, 8x56r, 9x19, .357 Mag, 12GA

I'm easily distracted by it.

I was looking up some salami the other night... Searching for hot sopressa and ended up reading about firearms suppressor and heat issues for an hour instead
