Spivs and water

The Authorities seem quiet keen to regulate firearms down to the "nth" degree but not apparently doing such a good job with water.
No price listed for many sales and no dates either ?
How many Govt "Jobsworths" are involved in this mess and where is the money going ?
Water must be regulated but it does fall from the sky and no bugger dug the Murray or Darling rivers.

The Murray ... worlds longest lake.

It's an extremely poorly managed resource that's shrouded in theft, brown paper bags of cash changing hands and shady back room deals.

It's being going on for a very long time.
Gun control requires concentration and a steady hand
