Buyer Beware.
On the 22/07/2021 I ordered and paid for a pair of 12 volt DC heated gloves from the company Obbo Med Australia.
I received the gloves, and after trying them three (3) times,,,,,,,,,,,, they simply DO NOT WORK.
Over the last week I have sent them three (3) emails concerning the fact that they do not work.
And have tried to ring their 1300 # ( 1300 004464 ) ten times.
I have had zero response to my emails,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I have not once got an answer via the phone,,,,,,,,,,,,
I suppose at this stage they'll blame it all on Covid.
