Who suffers Insomnia ?

My 4.00pm nap is becoming a bit of a habit. I used to drive for 1800km straight without a problem but not nowadays.

I find I get up for a leak 2-3 times a night so, like this morning, getting up early is not an issue.

It seems the older you get the more sleep issues you have.
