The amish are riding their buggies into towns to vote for Trump. The amish never vote but are sick to death of the commie democrats shutting down their farms.

I don't agree with the amish but I like them how they stick to themselves and just live their life.

Harris is winning. Ukraine is winning.

You said Harris would win. Great call.
Got any other great calls I should listen too?

At least Trump can pick the phone up and make a call to Vlad which is 1000% better than the waste of space western politicians still thinking that sanctions on Russia will cause regime change.

The actual quote from Trump contains the words stop the war in one day and not your invention.
I know it may be difficult but start thinking about what that could possibly mean.
In my opinion that will mean Ukraine will be compelled to negotiate with Russia under the threat of termination of all intelligence, logistics, material, financial and human support by the US to Ukraine.
Firstly political collapse and then unconditional surrender will be inevitable result and none of the yapping Nato chihuahua's, including perfidious Albion, will do anything overtly or independently of the US to forestall the inevitable.
What happens then will depend on just how intelligent and forward thinking the leadership group in Russia is.

I read this morning that Col Douglas Macgregor is going to be advising Trump and help him select secretary of state.

Macgregor and Ritter have been labelled as Russia bots by MSM and ex Generals on MSM plus every other youtube channel and forum because they called it as they saw it and they have proven to be more correct on their analysis than anybody else I've seen.

I think this will be good for Trump rather than people like Bolten or the previous administration of lying yes men.

I'm fairly confident you are right. Germany has major political instability and I won't be surprised if elections are called in a few months. If Trump says no more money to the guy who's phone call got him impeached, shulz is gone, just aboutevery other EU prime that supported Zelensky is gone now. There is zero support. They can blame it on previous administration and walk away.

The faster Trump can negotiate with Putin the better it is for Ukraine. The alternative is Zelensky no negotiation and complete unconditional surrender and probably annexation.

And you can blame this going right back to Merkel who admitted 15 years later Minsk was all about delay tactics to build up defences with NATO help rather than finding a permanent peace solution.

If people think about Chechnya, ow Rusdia rebuilt it, they've had peace there for a long time now but before Putin got control relatively quickly it was hell on earth.

The fact the Russians have rebuilt Mariupol and residents have returned means they want long term peace and prosperity in the regions.

Germany and Poland are now going cold on Ukraine.
Both were significant arms donors to Ukraine and Poland is/was the major staging ground for arms deliveries to Ukraine. Both are going cold for different domestic reasons. Germany due to the break-up of the ruling coalition and accelerating business bankruptcies and Poland for political reasons.
We are headed for interesting times.
I don't think Monsanto, Blackrock and Cargill are going to be too pleased with this development.

Chuck Trump won the election based upon fear, now lets see his Economic plans and his Health Plans that his working class supporters expect will restore lost jobs and bring down the cost of living.

Ukraine is a distraction for Trump and I'd expect he will put very little effort into, Trump will instead play at least 100 games of Golf in 2025 and spend the rest of his time in Mar a Lago playing King to visiting Muslim oil Princes, Big tech and Crypto Billionaires. :drinks:

This is an armed conflict. Slightly different from Presidential election. Your views are in the minority deluded by your own echo chamber. Calling the facts is not fawning over anything. If you still think Russia is losing in Ukraine then you are in for the same shock as Trump getting a clean sweep of everything.

Don't be too hard on Billo.
His statement "Politics is like football, sometimes the team you pick gets beat" is as close to an admission of incapacity for independent thought as one is ever likely to get.

With Trump's election, the Ukrainians have lost their war, so don't worry.

Neither should you worry that Trump will defend Taiwan, regardless of the implications and real consequences its capitulation will have for such regional allies as South Korea and Japan.

Remember that Trump complained about insufficiently loyal generals last time around. He'll have no such trouble this time. Look for fresh appointments and a change in posture soon, particularly in the Indo Pacific Command.

As for our other allies, bear in mind that Trump's constituency skews heavily toward poorly-educated white working-class voters who don't travel much, and whose knowledge of such countries as Australia, for example, is largely limited to Olympic break dancing.

For a man who has turned his back on some of his closest personal "friends" (to the extent that he can be said ever to have had any,) an alliance bound by generations of mutual hardship and sacrifice, and sealed by language, tradition, and blood have no value to him except as something to be leveraged as part of an extortionate deal.

Still, don't worry -- the Japanese and Koreans will hold out long enough that all of this will mainly be your grandchildren's problem.

Which is to say, the war in Ukraine is lost. That's what this thread is about.

No thats the reality, the Democrats have held the WH for 12 of the last 16yrs and the GOP only gets back in because cost of living is a real thing, but I dont expect Trump to reverse anything or improve the lives of anyone beyond Billionaires in the USA, no need to be cute with your moronic characterization straightshooter

What even is a poorly-educated white working-class voter?

How do we define educated? I never went to university. I don't have a degree in 18th century french literature or some other degree in liberal arts, philosophy or journalism. So I guess that means I am not educated.

Intelligence and education are not the same thing.

Really, I think its almost over.
The goals of the special military operation were as recall

1. Ukraine doesn't join NATO ever (wait for Trump)
2. Ukraine becomes neutral and demilitarized (wait for Trump to pull the pin on funding and weapons)
3. Donetsk and Lugansk become part of the Russian Federation (already voted for in referendum and cities being rebuilt)
4. Russia keeps Crimea (still got it)
5. De-Nazify the country (most are dead or hiding now)

Have a watch of this video. Its thought provoking.

This bloke Reckons Russia needs the war in Ukraine to continue to keep its economy in foot. He says Russia is employing people to make weapons then selling oil to china. And using the money from the oil sales to pay the workers making the weapons.

So it needs a perpetual state of war to keep its people happy. Which is why they are now using north koreans to do the dying.

You blokes can argue all you like, but Ukraine will be handing over a good part over to Putin, and the losses in life on both sides will just be another sickening waste.
The only winner is the swamp's military industrial complex, at the expense of everyday people.

as Ive said a few times the war doesnt make a lot of sense. The situation, UN involvement, rubbish news stories, the fact most of the country is A-ok , grids working, services in the cities. with ukrainians blogging and flying about no probs meanwhile its supposed to have been the most intense ground pummeling in a generation, 100,000's dead from tank based agressor- it just doesnt work. The numbers just dont work at all. Whatever it is, its certainly making a segment of the population very rich while you and I pay double at the checkout. Should be enough right there. But Aussies and the rest of the 1st world just keep on lapping up the stories. I thought Afghanistan was bad for BS and I lived there over 2 years. The ukraine debacle is like the twilight zone meets the fkn beatles yellow submarine for realistic reporting.

I was only just thinking about how much Russian sanctions are costing us.
Our government has cut its nose to spite its face.
What have they achieved by doing so?
It seems they've done nothing but prolong the pain and suffering in Ukraine and add to our train wreck economy.
