Who else is joining me on the couch this weekend after falling off a ladder and pulling your hamstring?

Didn't want to go shooting anyway...

Can be a couple of weeks if you really do a number on yourself.
Dear Santa,
Please bring me a Desert Tactical Arms SRS-A1 Rifle in .338 Lapua Magnum.
I'll be good with it, I promise!

Not good mate, reminds me of my fight with a Ladder, bloody legs still not right and that was over 10yrs ago now, I trashed or the tendons and ligaments etc (my lower half of my leg was touching my thigh! God only knows how I didn't break the bloody leg but either way it will never be the same again after doing that sort of damage to it.

It really does take a while when you do a number on yourself.

I broke my shoulder a few years ago now in a pretty spectacular accident (t-boned by a speeding tow truck and rolled). It took about 18 months for little shooting pains I was experiencing to eventually stop, and 3 years or so before I had full strength back in the arm. My range of motion still isn't 100% and it's about 9 years on or something now.
